Refund policy
Due to the nature of our professional-use products, we do not accept change-of-mind or incorrect product selection returns.
We will gladly provide a refund or replacement for any items that arrive faulty, damaged, or sent incorrectly.
If you receive a product in a faulty or damaged condition, please contact us via shop@cryomed.com.au within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the fault or damage.
If a replacement is not available at the time of return, we will refund the full purchase price to your original payment method, including any shipping charges incurred.
